Your driver's license has probably been revoked for 30 days. You can get driving privileges after 10 days if you have a substance abuse assessment.

During the trial the judge will usually require this assessment before allowing driving privileges. Completing this assessment and starting a treatment program will be seen as mitigating factors in the sentencing phase of the trial.
The substance abuse assessment is an interview conducted at our office and takes about an hour.
As a result of this assessment the alcohol counselor will make a recommendation on the level of treatment you will be required to take to contribute to the restoration of your drivers license.
